Terms of Service

1. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use embeddd. Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Give us accurate information, and tell us at support@embeddd.app if you think someone else has access to your account.

2. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you add to embeddd — boards, notes, sketches, files and anything else (“Your Content”). You give us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, copy, process and display Your Content only as needed to provide the Service to you and to the people you share it with. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in backups that are removed in the normal course.

When you turn on a public link, anyone with that link can view the shared board or project until you turn the link off.

3. Content from other websites

embeddd lets you save links and, for some platforms, a copy of a post’s photos and videos for your personal reference. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to save and share what you add, and for respecting the terms of the websites you save from and the rights of their creators. Saving something to embeddd does not give you any rights to it. Do not use public links to republish other people’s work without permission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use embeddd to:

• break the law, or store or share content that is illegal, infringes someone’s rights, or is sexually exploitative of minors;
• harass, threaten or impersonate others, or share their private information without consent;
• upload malware, or try to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours;
• overload, scrape or disrupt the Service, or get around its limits or security;
• resell the Service or use it to build a competing product.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on embeddd, for example on a public link, infringes your copyright, email support@embeddd.app with the link, a description of your work, and your contact details. We will review it promptly and remove infringing content. You can also use “Report page” on any public link.

6. Our service

embeddd, its design, code and brand belong to us and are protected by law. We are continuously improving embeddd, so features may change, be added or be removed. Some features depend on third-party websites (for example link previews and saving social posts) and may stop working if those websites change.

7. Ending your use

You can stop using embeddd and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if required by law; where reasonable we will tell you first and give you a chance to download your content.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that content will never be lost. Please keep your own copies of anything important.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, embeddd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 50 euros if you have not paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will let you know in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using embeddd after that, the new terms apply.
